Global Mental Health & Crisis Support Resources
United for Global Mental Health and the Global Mental Health Action Network are not providers of health support services or guidance.
If you feel you are in need of mental health support, please seek appropriate support from your local health care facility, community groups which specialise in mental health, or a national helpline if one is available. The following resources provide free, confidential support for people around the world. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
